Join yoga teacher Jessica Sharry for this special workshop. You will learn a variety of yogic breathing techniques intended to purify and balance both body and mind, according to the ancient system of Hatha Yoga. Once learned, these techniques can serve as a stand-alone practice or as a compliment to any asana-based yoga practice.  This workshop is of special interest to students of Ashtanga yoga, as you will develop a deeper understanding and experience of bandha.

All levels of yoga students are welcome.  It is recommend that students have some sort of regular asana-practice in place, as you will need to be comfortable sitting for extended periods of time.  Not recommended for pregnant women.

Price: 36 € / 32 € 

The lower price is for students with a valid student ID & the unemployed.

The course fee can be paid at the spot. We accept cash, bank/credit card and Finnish sports notes (Smartum, Virike, TYKY, ePassi, Ticket Duo, EazyBreak, Pay2Go).
