Taku Kaskela is a vegetarian chef working at the Vegan restaurant Omnam, Helsinki. His vegan team members have been cooking vegetarian dishes in vegetarian restaurants, and for caterings and events. The vegan team is going to cook tasty and nutritive dishes for the Summer Retreat at Kustavi the whole three weeks.
