Saturday lecture: Sharpening the force of willpower / Juha

(Includes Pranayama, Chanting and Philosophy)
In the path of yoga one should constantly practice the art of letting go, which is essential part of the inner journey towards inner peace and harmony.  This requires us to examine our life and desires, and to realize how we are bound to repeat certain behaviours and patterns, which may not really serve our inner development. In this class we will study, what are the five stages of letting go these unnecessary patterns, and what mental qualities is needed.

Sunday lecture: Yoga and Spiritual transformation / Petri

(Includes Pranayama, Chanting and Philosophy)
Yoga is not to develop the art of asana and vinyasa practices only. However, these are powerful methods for self study and development, which in turn help us to know better ourselves physically and psychologically. This is essential before proceeding into mental and spiritual realms of self development and transformation.

Monday lecture: The five inner supports for yogic character / Juha

(Includes Pranayama, Chanting and Philosophy)
In this class we will study how Patanjali delineates the ways in which the spiritual seeker may reach the goal of Yoga, what virtues are needed to transport us to the new level of consciousness, and how to cultivate, develope and embody these virtues.
