Step 1: Log into astangajooga.fi booking system
Log in at Astangajooga.fi main page by clicking the customer icon (down left corner), or create your booking account, if you don’t have it yet.
If you have an account but don’t remember your password, recover the password by clicking the Forgot password option.
Step 2: Buy your retreat yoga pass

What are the weekly yoga program options for adults?
Adults can choose one of the following courses as their main program:
- Ashtanga new beginners – introductory course (All weeks)
- Ashtanga led beginners (All weeks)
- Ashtanga mysore practice (All weeks)
Each course includes the following classes:
morning yoga, late morning classes/lectures, afternoon pranayama (yoga of breathing) & yoga lab classes, plus evening meditation.
To notice:
- If you have already booked your weekly yoga program, you do not need to book other classes online (Additional courses to be booked at Houtskär).
- Morning mysore, beginners and kids’ yoga practice times will be checked at Houtskär in the weekly retreat meetings on Mondays from 19:15-20:00.
What yoga courses are available for kids and teens?
Kids yoga for 3-12 year olds:
- Kids aged 3-6 or 7-12 can attend one daily kids yoga class. Classes are taught in Finnish.
Teens 12-16 years can attend the following courses taught in English:
- Ashtanga beginner course according to their interest and experience (Ashtanga intro for beginners, led beginner classes, mysore practice)
Teens may also attend other weekly programs if they wish.
How to book weekly program for your child:
- You need a yoga booking account, register or sign in at our website astangajooga.fi.
- Buy a Retreat pass for your child.
- Book a the retreat week below for your child as a guest using your child pass, and write the name of your child into the guest name field.
How to purchase retreat passes and book your weekly retreat program – step-by-step guide
Going to attend two or three weeks? Buy a pass for each week.
- Create your booking account or log in at our website Astangajooga.fi
- Purchase retreat pass from the price list below. You can pay online with your payment card.
– See the instructions below how to pay your yoga pass using your employer-provided sports benefits. - Book for your weekly program by clicking the Book button of the course you wish to join, and confirm your booking with your retreat yoga pass.
Payment methods and receipts:
Our online booking system accepts only credit/debit cards as online payment methods.
If you wish to use your ePassi or other employer-provided sports benefits/sports app credit (liikuntasaldo/liikuntasetelit), see the guide below.

How to pay for your yoga course with employer-provided sports benefits such as Smartum, Edenred, ePassi, etc.:
If you have sports benefits such as Smartum, Virike, ePassi, EazyBreak, Edenred (sports vouchers, payment card or application), you can choose ”Pay Later” as the payment method:
- Pay the retreat pass fee or part of it to the Astanga Yoga School in Helsinki (an amount of your choice) with your sports benefit application: set the amount you wish to pay and confirm the payment.
- Send the payment receipt by email to info@astanga.fi, and we will credit the sports balance to the retreat payment since the sports balance payments are not registered automatically into our bookings & payments system.
Notice:
Payment with sports vouchers or an Edenred card can be done at the retreat.
Book your yoga program
When you click the green ”Book Now” buton in the courses list below, a booking window opens. Confirm your booking with your retreat pass.
NOTE: Retreat info meeting in Monday evening, practices in Tuesday-Sunday mornings.
