Yoga weekly programs – book and pay

In this page you can book and pay the weekly yoga programs.
(If you can’t attend the full weekly program you can book and pay subsets of classes at the weekly schedule webpage.)

The Summer Retreat dates (Yoga practices from Tuesday to Sunday, weekly meeting on Monday evening):

  • Week 1: 4.-10. July
  • Week 2: 11-17. July
  • Week 3: 18-24. July

The weekly programs:

  • Ashtanga New Beginners
  • Ashtanga Led Beginners
  • Ashtanga Mysore practice
    All these include the full weekly yoga classes: morning practices, lectures, pranayama, meditation and yoga lab classes.
    Note: Extra workshops are available for extra price.
  • Kids yoga 3-6 yrs (3-4 yrs free)
  • Kids yoga 7-11 yrs
    All these kids programs include one daily yoga class.
    Teens 12-16 yrs should book the Ashtanga new beginners or led beginners classes.
    Note: To book yoga weeks for your children you need a family account:
    – if your kids have email, you can create yoga accounts for them
    – if they do not have email, we have to create yoga accounts for them
    We will link your kids yoga accounts with your parent yoga account – contact juha@astanga.fi to do this.
    When your family account is ready and confirmed, you can book and pay your kids retreat yoga.

Note 2: When you book your weekly yoga programs the booking system requires to pay the retreat pass online by bank/credit card. If you wish to use your ePassi or other Sports app credit (liikuntasaldo/liikuntasetelit), please contact juha@astanga.fi

Note 3: When you have booked your weekly yoga program, you do not have to book drop-in classes except Asana lab to make sure you have space there.

Note 4: Morning mysore, led beginners and children yoga practice times will be checked during the weekly retreat meetings on Mondays (19:15-20).

Note 5: If you can’t attend the full week program you may book single retreat days, or weekly morning classes or lectures, pranayama, meditation, or just some drop-in classes. Here is some examples of retreat drop-in passes and their prices:

  • Weekly morning Ashtanga practice: 6 classes pass 139€ valid for 6 days
  • Weekly Extra workshops / lectures / pranayama / meditation: 6 classes 95€ valid for 6 days
  • Extra workshops: 3 classes pass 49€ valid for 5 days
  • Single retreat day: one day pass 49€ including 4 classes
  • Single drop in class 25€ (valid for any retreat classes)

Book and pay retreat weekly programs

  • To book your weekly yoga program (mysore, led classes or beginners intro) you need a retreat yoga pass; click the Book-button and open the passes list under the title “Summer Retreat Passes”. Select the correct retreat pass: yoga price 2022 for adults is 239€, Youth 12-16 yrs is 65€, Kids 5-11 yrs is 55€ and Kids 3-4 yoga is free. If you want to attend more than one week, you can buy as many weekly yoga passes as you need.
  • If you have annual anytime subscription at the Helsinki Yogaschool, use the promo code “VUOSIKORTTI” to get 15% discount on the weekly yoga price for adults.
